Incredibly well packed MacBook 13" screen, it arrived un-damaged. I always worry when un-boxing items such as these. The new screen is installed and back up an running now, thanks.

DV Warehouse provided me with great service. The replacement battery for my Mac was the correct one and no issues removing the old and replacing with the new one. It seems to be just fine and is charging. Unless I update this post, please assume all went well and the battery held its charge. Thank you.

Great Macs! Great prices! Great service! I don’t mean this to sound like some advertorial. But DV Warehouse really did me a solid. My 2015 MacBook Pro was a deadMac™. I bought the same from DVW so I could use the old one for parts. My ‘new’ Mac is as pristine as when it came out of the box! A complete pleasure to use. It even got me ‘working’ again. As a Mac user since 1984, I decided this year that I would never buy a new Apple product again. A trillion-dollar charity doesn’t need my money. Their new products fall far short of Steve Jobs’ perfectionist vision. I can’t in good conscience support a company that gave a million dollars of my money to Trump’s inauguration. And followed that up with a solid gold souvenir to pay for dinner at the White House on my dime! Nope. Just nope. Buy real Macs, parts and accessories from people who care not faceless corporations. There customer service is poor. My Mac screen was non genuine and not functioning according to the Tahoe service. Also the angle lid sensor did not work. They said they would work with me to repair, but was going to have to rmad both ways. Other services are way more responsive. In the end the owner/CEO called me and resolved my issue after seeing this review. I appreciated the responsiveness.

I have been shopping at DV Warehouse for years now and even when I moved away from L.A. I was able to shop for a 2019 iMac online. It shipped quickly, packed perfectly and runs like a charm. Shopping online with DV Warehouse was 100% worry free.

I broke the LED screen on my MacBook Air and found another one through DV Warehouse for $200. I’ve replaced my phone screen, I pad screen, and Nintendo switch, but never a laptop. The package came quick and was wrapped very well. There are multiple layers of bubble wrap envelopes and cardboard. I was able to replace the screen quickly and everything works! 10/10
